I'd like to give some critique on this, since you've submitted to our critique folder :)
First of all, I think you divided the picture very well, I like how the perspective changes with every panel. In the second one though, it's a little disturbing that the characters' wings are half covered by the upper panel. Maybe you could've drawn the dragons a little smaller or put the whole rock/wall lower. If you wanted it to be like this, I think it would've been better if you had put the speech bubbles under the dragons because there is a lot of free space.
The characters' design is pretty cool. The anatomy and proportions are also alright. If you like, you could draw the wings' "arms" a little more muscular because they must be really strong.
I think it's great that you use coloured pencils for your comic, I'm a big fan of them. Let me give you some advices: For shading, don't hesitate to use black for the small, really dark spots. You should also use darker tones to make your lineart look more dynamic and naturally, e.g. on the wall in the last panel. Colour the rest lightly with the main colour and use different tones until you have the shading you like best. Coloured pencils are great to add much contrast to your drawings. To get rid of the white dots caused by the roughness of the paper, you can use a white pencil and press hard while going over the other colours. You should do this only at the end though, because you can't erase it well afterwards.
And last but not least, the backgrounds. You chose nice motives, but they'd look much more beautiful if you'd go more into detail. You don't have to draw every single blade of grass, that'd look horrible, lol. Just try to use more different colour tones. If you take a look out of the window you will see thousands of different colours, only in one garden. --> Study natural environments. This will also improve your sense for abstraction. Natural environments are full of details that you can't possibly capture in one drawing, so you need to pick the right colours and the right style of lineart to achieve a "copy" of the reality.

All in all, I think this comic really has some potential :) Keep on drawing~
Please excuse my bad English D:
